It is slow and I get my best results in very low light.

We have torches all over our warehouse, anywhere from 80 par to 250, they are pretty adaptable. Random pulsing flow works great for growth. Sometimes I feel the color is best with high nutrients, but they love the flow in our sps systems and grow fast there.
