If anyone is on the fence about the ORA goni... I got one from CC 6mo ago and it's probably 4x the size now. This from someone who has previously killed 6-7 different gonis from other vendors.

What the difference between a Cristata Torch and regular torch?

Same genius, different species. Cristata tend to have shorter, thicker tentacles with a different variety of coloration as well. I've seen some pretty wild ones before!
