Everything has opened up and is looking great. I'm not the greatest photographer, but here's what I got.

So nothing lasted the night, had to throw everything out, total loss unfortunately.

Really the worst job I've seen UPS do on a delivery this year. If a shipment is late we usually only need to call once to get it delivered the next day. We called the UPS preferred line 3 times and reached out to our regional rep, as well as the multiple calls you made. For UPS to repeatedly lie, promise, and not deliver was shocking!

We are still a bit bogged down with shipping, but I hope to make your frags on Wednesday and we can ship sometime the week of July 10th.

Not a huge hurry for sure! Again we appreciate how easy your making this and are excited to see the frags you send along. Probably should win a prize for worst UPS delivery but I won the clue game so guess that will do, hah!

What a nightmare, and no recourse. To stop a delivery because of a hole in the package?

I got a box one day that was literally dripping all over the place and the driver handed it to me asking if I wanted him to wait while I opened it! One of the perks of being in a smaller community I guess.

It’s obviously a big fear when ordering online but it’s comforting to see how it’s being handled. Really sucks the most for CC as they’re eating the expense on the whole situation without having caused it.

Let’s all be thankful for vendors that will take this sort of hit on the chin and keep rocking!

… I’m going back to anxiously awaiting my order scheduled for tomorrow delivery. Eeek!

The box is here!

Got a notification the flight was late. Fortunately I live near the hub so I drove over to catch the limited 9-10A service hours.

Intercepted the box… which was wet. Oh no. The lady helping me was rather concerned about what could be making such a mess… heh.

Fortunately no full dry out, just a frisky SPS had come unmounted and wreaked a little havoc.

We’re all glued up and acclimating now. Box came in at 72F, I’m thinking because the heat pack was soaked.

Another successful sale and shipment.

The 21 tails happens to be a double head too! Score!!

Thanks @Acro76 & @CherryCorals (and @CodyBot too)

See y’all next time.
