Fun fact: they have thick, clear acrylic around all the decking so no one can fall off. However, they lean out at an angle. So, people lean back onto the acrylic and snap a picture like they're falling off. If that's not enough nightmare fuel for you then they also have a completely glass bottom subfloor that you can walk out on to. One of the staff members asked me if I had done that yet. I slapped him in the face for asking such a stupid question. It would take north of eight figures to get me to even contemplate it.
I hear they're known for their gorgeous cacti and alligators littered about everywhere.

Not bad at all. Tastes like dark chicken meat, really. Deep fried with some cajun seasoning is the way to go.I like alligator tail.
I once waited on a backwood cajun family when I was working at a local Mexican Restaurant. I asked if they wanted to start with queso or guacamole, and the grandma looked puzzled. Her son then explained to her in the thickest cajun accent I've ever heard that it was "smooshed alligator pear". She immediately knew what it was then. They ended up not ordering the smooshed alligator pear, unfortunately.
