Why do mine get worse with time. I’ve bought probably 25 frags of various thing from you, maybe more. All six of my rainbow acans went orange, some stopped thriving. None retained rainbow. I’ve tried high light, low light, shade. Nothing seems to matter and the color doesn’t come back. The other 20 or so frags from you (zoas, hammers, spawns, favia, lepto, leptastrea, monti, digi, anacropora, and so forth) thrive. Good growth and great color, for between 24 and 6 months so far. What the heck is wrong with my acans?!

Wild acans do often change over time, if you are using purely LED they often go solid orange or red. I have them under T5's and LED's and colors are more stable.

Old school acans usually hold their color better but they are pricey. Solar Flare acans probably go for $100 per polyp or more nowadays.
