I promise you we wanted to send you a shirt, we just needed your help to make sure you got the right size. I can also promise you that we didnt change the terms with regard to shirts, I omitted the part about a coral if you didnt want a shirt. I personally didnt like that as then we are sending out corals that people likely dont want or dont need.

You added the line "Please tell us the size, or you will not get a shirt." That line wasn't there before I posted. If it had been there, I would have contacted you earlier.

It's simple. You've since contacted me over private message to make things right, and I appreciate that. I just don't appreciate the excuses or hand waving this all started with. Maybe the first thing you should have posted was a simple apology, rather than pointing the finger at your customer, and then changing the terms of your initial offer.

By me telling them? And they could easily PM people who pre-ordered the shipping if they didn't see it in the notes. The updating the post after I said something also just comes across as petty and deceptive.

It's not even about the shirt... I don't really need another shirt. It just leaves a sour taste, and not the kind of company I'd want to do business with in the future. Other companies like WWC, etc don't act like that in my experience.

Brett has been searching his email as he generates labels for each order so odds are we will send it, if not we will send it separately.

Yeah, when an item sells more than once we still try to fill the order with an equally nice piece instead of a refund. Avatar is one of my favorites, enjoy!

They usually don't right away after shipping or when the lights are out at night. Our bad on the shirt, I see you emailed us about a size medium, we must have missed it. I'll get one out to you.
