Yep! She is Korean and there's a really good Korean pork belly meal that I love (sam-gyop-sall). Grilled pork belly with all kinds of sides. The secret is the sesame oil with salt and pepper in it. You dip the pork belly in and it's amazing!
Im gonna need that recipe!

You actually don't season the pork belly at all. I usually smoke it over hickory, but she's cooking so she's just grilling it regularly. The secret is all the side dishes. Koreans go bonkers for side dishes.

Like I said, the sesame oil with salt in pepper in it is key. Get a piece of lettuce, put some rice in, some side dishes in, dip the pork belly in the oil, throw it in the lettuce, and bite down!
