The charge is immediate, if you didnt get an invoice and you weren't charged then it didnt go through. I believe you emailed as well, I will have a look at it as soon as I am done printing this morning.

Never finished my public service announcement.

The bags will not be labeled, we dont have an automated system to generate labels at this point and not enough time in the day to hand write them. I apologize in advance but nothing will be labeled. The good news is our frags are generally pretty big and our photos arent super juicy so its fairly easy to figure out what's what.

If you ordered a ton of stuff and the amount exceeds $700 your shipment will travel signature required. If you dont think you will be home to sign by all means contact us and we can have it held for pickup(which is actually a great option as its usually ready earlier in the morning and doesnt bounce around in a truck all morning).

Thanks again everyone, its time to get my hands wet so I wont be able to respond quickly to emails or pm's.

Picked up my order today and really enjoyed being able to look around at all the awesome corals. Was even able to pick up an Ice Age I missed out on twice during the sale! I'm new to the hobby so I don't have a lot to compare to but a bunch of my frags are huge compared to what I've seen for sale! Guys even threw in a few supplies for me. Everybody is acclimated and in the DT. Waiting for the Palys and Zoas to open. Great buying experience! Thanks guys!
