It's from Exorcist 3, which is arguably my favorite horror movie of all time. The guy in the gif is a detective in the movie. The detective and a priest that he's friends with go to see It's A Wonderful Life in theater. Later on, let's just say a demon ends up writing "It's A Wonderful Life" on the wall using the victims blood.
