Yup! Lights on at noon, polyps open and reproducing, starfish climbs on around 3pm, polyp dead. It's so annoying listening to people argue "nO tHeY'rE jUsT eAtInG dEaD tIsSuE". Ok cool, man. I guess you know more about what I saw than I do. Super tight.

Haha same. I have witnessed then destroy colonies. And takes them off and watched parts of the polyp rip off with them.I think they are eating the zooxanthellae inside the zoa. They may have been desperate there wasn't a lot of algae in the aquarium it was happening in.

I’ve noticed the same. The darker ones seem to be the bad ones. They have zooxanthellae in them. The white ones seem to be ok.

Yeah same for me. The ones I had issues with where a darker grey color.

Yep! And 95% of the time when I bring it up in a thread, I get argued with from people that are just now able to keep GSP alive and have been in the hobby for 8 months. I've been at this for 15 years straight and have tried pretty much everything there is to try out there when it comes to reefs. I've grown thousands of zoas and I know what it looks like when they die. These didn't die. They were eaten.
