update my cb-multibar on Jan-2023 ( about 7 months )

only can say that it's 7 months of happy time since i got one of my dream fish healthy in my tank
i cannot imagine that i will make it with wild one after i've tried and given up with failures in the past.

today i feed him with several flakes ( Hikari + OceanNutrition ) and frozen brine
my main pellet for other fishs still too big for him

almost 1.5 inch now with very slow growth rate

I’ve tried so many multibars but they don’t last more than 3 months

I have 3 Biota angels, a regal, venustus, and multibar. When they first arrived they were small and shy. I didnt release into general population until they ate aggressively in isolation; usually took a month or less. They do grow rather slowly. I got the Regal first probably around 8 months ago and all are doing stellar now with the multibar barely 1.5 inches. They eat frozen, pellets, and Masstick and sps... ;)
How’s the multibar doing now?

I just got a Lemon Peel from Biota a week ago and she is super tiny…about the size of a quarter maybe. But she seems to be adjusting very well and picking and eating alongside my much bigger fish. She’s super cute!

how is the lemon peel in terms of being reef safe, and have you seen it eating aiptasia ?

I would also like to post an update of my CB Multibar. He’s been doing fantastic, eating well and feeding on mostly everything I feed (I only feed frozen). His growth has been constant. One of the most inquisitive fish and cutest fish I have. It’s a privilege to keep one :)

full-grown pic in internet , it will have around 9-11 bars .

so i think it will get more bars while growing up and i also noticed that the new bar will appear slowly from tail part.

here is latest clip of dinner time .... enjoy :face-savoring-food:

will keep post the update

Are any of you able to provide a February 2024 update on your multibars? I am very much considering one of these. Also, I haven't fully read through this thread, but what is the QT procedure on these fish? I am a strict QT with copper, but I am guessing that won' work well with CB multibars?
