Hey! I actually have Heard of this one over on water box forums too!! Okay I’ll probably get this one then. I wish it didn’t protrude up so much but I’m not a part of the AIO family I need to just get the **** over that stuff haha. When you say the customer service sucks do they ship really slow or what do you mean?

Generally unresponsive to contact attempts. Cadlights had terrible customer service and the Mode takeover has not improved things. I forget who but someone else just ordered this skimmer and they took the money but have not given a tracking number or any indication that they’ve shipped it after several days. It’ll probably just show up but if you use their contact tab on the website no one ever responds. If you have Facebook apparently they pay more attention to that. Basically if you can get the thing delivered you’ll probably be very happy. If you have a problem then you’ll probably not be too happy with them. The skimmer is worth the trouble though. Best one for a lagoon 50 by a mile.
