I agree that it could be either the phosphates or alk but it started to lose pink before I did the alk. No other coral lost color or that I noticed. I think a lot of the rainbow corals need low phosphates to bring out multiple colors IMO. As far as the alk I started to notice a few corals didn't like it. Their tips started to get that wrinkly look to them. I'm just going to go back to how thing were.
Hey bubba, are you using gfo to bring your phosphate down? If so how are you doing it, very small amount in a bag?

It’s at 5 ppm. I personally don’t worry about nitrate levels getting too low. I’ve had it be clear on salifert and my corals were not pale. That could all be due to the amount I feed. If I fed very little with low nitrate I’d worry.

WOWZA!! Are your favorite corals as of now the same/ similar list to what they have always been. After seeing your collection list I want to know what you like, having so many different pieces, with different colors and growth patterns in your tanks

Pretty close to the same but since my HW took a hit on the pinks I have to take it off the list for now, lol.

The BC Aquatic-man is looking really good right now. I noticed the past week or so it's getting these long growth tips on it that glow really bright. It's becoming one of my favorites.

1. Mattv Psycho asylum
2. BC Aquaticman
3. CB Maleficent
4. LRO Heartthrob - Still a new frag but the color is amazing on the polyps
5 PC superman

Those that follow me on instagram seen a little video of the Heartthob ;)

I don't remember seeing the Mattv Psycho asylum. Any pics?
I felt pics wouldn't do it justice so I made short little videos of it. One is with all bulbs on and one is pure blue.
