I thought the 13 was out of cation and into anion?

You are correct. Than coming out of the RO portion of the system the TDS must be something higher than 13....but not sure what that is

Yep just curious how much is going into the cation and how much your getting out. You know your anion sees about 13 in, and is reading zero out, and that you've got ~3" left of usable resin. So if your getting say 26 into the cation and it's removing half to take your TDS from 26 to 13 then it will need replaced around the same time.

If your only feeding 15 TDS in and getting 13 out you know your water is heavy with anionic compounds.
