BRS Customer Service Horrible!!!

I regretfully ordered an item for BRS (Shell Company) but then they passed the order on to some other company, you see their supposed 11,000 SKU's on hand is crap! They parts out to everyone. I ordered just a bottle of Coraline bacteria, Never received it, customer service was horrible, just terrible. I was told to go ask my neighbors if they have my package. This is not and was not contracted with this purchase. Oh and the Algae Barn who got my order was absolutely useless.

All that info is directly on the product page… seems you didn’t read and then wanna blame someone else
But it states it right here in bold at the top of the listing.

I get it. You need to provide more detail. How was it horrible and terrible beside asking to check with your neighbors?

What are your espectations?

I'm sorry to hear about this experience. Our facilities aren't equipped to stock inventory of live products like pods, corraline algae, phyto, etc. that require active care until delivered. For products like this, we work with the experts that care for and provide these live foods and algaes to ship like they do to their own customers. On products we don't directly ship ourselves, we note the drop ship at the top of the product page with who is shipping it.

That said it sounds like the order didn't get delivered to your address. It is very possible that a neighbor got it, and if it still can't be located we can work with AlgaeBarn on getting a replacement for you. I'll send a DM to get some more information so that I can better assist.
