Hey all, i dont often post but thought this company deserved some love.

I was looking around for live rock and remembered that AquaBiomics sold live sand and reef rubble. The material they sell is tested and free of pathogens and parasites. Sometimes when they do their testing a parasite comes up and they do not sell that batch. They also provide a certificate of analysis. I waited a few weeks until their next batch and was notified as soon as the rubble and sand hit their website. I purchased three containers of their reef rubble. I am currently upgrading my 65 gallon to a 120 gallon tank. I ordered the rubble and timed the delivery of when my tank would be getting wet. However, the day it shipped i got a notification from UPS that there was some mechanical issues which delayed the package. The delay meant i wouldnt get my package until Monday afternoon. On top of all this the average temperature outside was 110 to 118 degrees. I emailed Eli and Melissa right away so they knew the situation. Monday afternoon comes and i receive my package that is hot to the touch. The ice packs that AquaBiomics packed were long melted after being in UPS libo over the weekend. The water in all 3 containers ranged from 95-96 degrees. The water was cloudy and had a slight smell. The smell wasnt bad but enough to know something was off. I emailed Eli and Melissa again to let them know how everything arrived. They gave me some instructions which i followed. Now, all this was not AquaBiomics fault. I shouldve known better than to request an overnight package on Friday but i proceeded anyways. I was the one who told AquaBiomics i wanted a Friday delivery. I received an email back from Melissa and Eli stating that they will be replacing my order and asking when i wanted it shipped. This really went above and beyond of what i expected. This is a company that is ran by Eli and Melissa helps. He has a million other things to worry about and couldve said this wasnt our fault. However, they went out of their way to replace my order even though this is at the fault of UPS and myself for wanting a Friday delivery. The entire process Eli and Melissa have been incredibly helpful and making sure that i am taken care of. Out of this they have gained a customer for life. As soon as my upgraded tank is up and running i will be ordering microbiome and tankDNA testing for my tank and my fiancées tank. I want to thank Eli and Melissa for their care and help through this process. It is such a breath of fresh air. Anyone who reads this, remember its just Eli and Melissa running the entire company. Give them credit where credit is due. Eli is helping our hobby in ways that no one has before, hes a pioneer and should be consistently thanked for all he does. Keep up the great work guys and thank you for everything!
