I have had this bristletooth tang for a little over a month. He eats frozen food but won’t touch nori. Swims and acts normal but recently noticed a spot on his eye and white discoloration on his body. All other fish are normal and don’t have any spots on them.

What other fish are in with it?
Have you seen it scratching/flashing on the bottom?

The two common diagnoses for this sort of issue are; tankmate aggression (which you may never see unless you watch the tank a lot, but from afar) or flukes (which will cause the fish to flash/scratch against hard objects in the tank).

2 clowns, royal gramma and diamond goby so I wouldn't think aggression. But I also have not seen it flash or scratch against anything.
