Yes! I do! The left side of my aquascape. In the LFS the two pieces were an exact fit. Even the protrusions matched up nicely.Ya know when you find that perfect piece that just fits? Like a puzzle.
That is awesome. Very nice job!I drilled holes and used fiberglass rods to make my magnifica tower and hammer tree. I opted not to epoxy anthing above the base so I could swap out rocks if I wanted.
Thank you, I looked through so many aquascape threads and tried to follow the rule of thirds for my show pieces or gardens. I created a vision and went for it.That is awesome. Very nice job!
I was looking at towers in some scapes myself! Yours turned out perfect!Thank you, I looked through so many aquascape threads and tried to follow the rule of thirds for my show pieces or gardens. I created a vision and went for it.
Thanks! After drilling and using the rods I don't think I'll ever set up another scape with out it. I found some white rod too and was able to avoid using blaze orange. I drilled so many rocks just to play with it was like Reef Legos. But with the tower I had a specific vision of an anemone tree lolI was looking at towers in some scapes myself! Did you drill each rock individually? Did any of them break? Thanks! After drilling and using the rods I don't think I'll ever set up another scape with out it. Yeah I drilled each one. I didn't have any breaks. I went easy on the pressure and let the drill bit do the work. I used a diamond masonry bit. Go slow and hold the rock tight or get someone else to hold it.Did you drill each rock individually? Did any of them break?

I got a ton of rock in my sump. its unused branch, probably 20lbs worth. How many of y'all use live rock in your sump? I have one rock in my tank that I hate. I don't really want to give up the bacteria in it though. It's about 10 years old.
