Those are 2 photos of the SAME coral, One wich clearly depicts a healthy base and the other that lost some.

Please , oh please @living_tribunal explain me , how a coral can lose tissues without recession.
Your French is showing...just saying there have been a couple of explanations. Maybe just accept a difference in point of view. ;Locktopic

Also can you guys recommend a decent light that I can light my frag setup in my sump? The area in question is 14.5″ x 14.5″ x 11.75″ but the frag rack will be about 1" off the bottom so 10.75 water depth
This one would provide plenty of coverage.
