Does anyone know if there are any brackish newts?
I believe they aren't capable of maintaining osmoregulation in salt water... but I did find a frog who can. It's the crab eating frog. They can withstand brief periods in salt water by holding urea in their bodies. They cant stay long term tho.

Aww so nothing for a brackish tank? If i am setting one up for the mudskipper, i was hoping to add something else too. How about fiddler crabs or would they fight with the mudskipper?
I wouldn't add fiddlers. They would most likely pinch the fool out of your mudskipper. They aren't nice crabs...

Wow, I haven't updated my Miniature Menagerie in a month... well... I guess that's because nothing has happened, except I think I have turf algae. Anyone know how to beat turf algae? Fluconazole? Does that kill ricordea and rock flowers?

Fluc won’t kill the nems. It will help against turf algae but won’t affect the cyano part.
