I do like the Black Angel. It is very graceful and beautiful fish. Too bad that it is such a coral picker.

Would love to see more photos of this tankI’m a fan of Black Tangs. I own 3 of them. Here’s one of them in the previous owners tank. Will post video of my tank later when I get a chance. In California you normally see them in the 6”+ size for about $1500. 3” and below will cost you $2000-$2500. For the price and one color I can see why people would choose a more vibrant colored fish. Like mentioned previously, it needs to be in a colorful tank along with other colorful fish.

Where is tang
Some of the hybrids look awesome. Still am partial to the regular Achilles, especially under whiter light. I think a post earlier in this thread alluded that point. I personally love black tangs, especially under whiter lighting. I also prefer a more whiter looking tank versus the blues. I think the blues can make a lot of the fish not as impressive while making the corals look otherworldly. How about gold rim hybrid Achilles vs regular Achilles? Is the hybrid also a hype like the black tang? Find them to be less colorful than the normal Achilles. Kind of close to a powder brown.
Beautiful Blonde Naso! How about this guy. I take this Blonde Naso over a Black tang anytime.
