Growing up, mom used to cook a large batch of something and we would eat on it until we were tired of it. I like to shop based off of what sounds good in that moment, and I'm not much for leftovers most of the time. Buying in bulk doesn't really work with that well. Having said that, Costco sells a lot of other things from tires to appliances that I should probably get in on. There's one close to the house and our membership has lapsed for a couple years. Probably need to get back in the game.
