Looks awesome! Unfortunately, I only have the space for nano tanks where I live, and as a new reefer, larger tanks are a bit daunting.

Yes I think approx 10 left

If anyone see this and wants one, make sure you tell the Etsy seller that you are referred from the R2R forum. This will get you the return plumbing upgrade at no cost. If you don’t mention the forum you don’t get the upgrade. It’s a minor thing but might as well get it

Also the closer you physically are to California, the more of a chance you have to save more money.

Part of the cost is shipping. Message them and say you are from the forum and your zip code is xxxxx and ask what the best price they can sell it for

Many people were able to save an extra 10% because the shipping quote came back less and the seller passes on the shipping savings

If you can pick it up yourself there is huge savings also
So if someone did want to order one, they just go to the eBay (I'm guessing) listing and order it there? You just tell the eBay seller that you're an R2R member, that's all you'd have to do?

It wasn’t my ideal either, I also wanted a little bigger. But when I priced this vs a 6ft the difference was thousands of dollars and I happily settled.
I hear you! Sure, I can get the tank that I really want, configured how I want it, but it's like $2500 just for the tank, and I'm sorry, I'm not one of you big shooters, I'm not spending that kind of money on a fish tank lol! So with that in mind, I maybe seriously interested in this deal.

Thanks for your help!

No, but from Etsy I believe post 19 has the link. They discount more from Etsy

Ah! Thank you!

How's the feedback on these been? Have people been happy with the sump, overflow, and included plumbing?

All feed back has been positive that I know of.

Filter socks are a very tight fit. That’s my complaint. But I wasn’t planning on using them. JoJo found media cups that replace filter socks (this is what I planned to do anyway) and says they snap in easier

Users here have modified the sump for fleece rollers, scrubbers, and JoJo is making a dual middle section - cryptic zone and refugium. Everyone’s preference for sump setup is unique, can’t please everyone out of the box. But it’s easily customized and has plenty of space to accommodate different setups

Thank you, I appreciate your help! I personally don't like filter socks, so I'd like to do the cups too.

It has guides in the shelf section and slides out as much as you want, or can be completely removed (if you disconnect the tubing connector. It has a sliding lid as well

I was going to add one of these so I could remove (if needed) without leaking

Thank you for sharing your setup!

Do you, JoJo, or anyone else have a build thread with this tank setup?

Last tank you will ever need for at least two years... :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:
thanks for spreading the word bro. I think that a divorce might be a little bit more expensive than the tank so getting rid of it (tank) makes sense? I’ve learned that it’s “Cheaper to keep ‘er”. lol

If you guys want a killer deal on a killer system, DM me. TIA

Thank you for the photos!

It's a great looking setup, definitely worth the money. Because of where in the house I'm considering putting a new tank, I had wanted either 36" or a 60" peninsula. I'm trying to figure out how this tank will work for my space.

I do appreciate all your help!
