I have an 8' tank with dual corner overflows. But unlike most reef-ready tanks, I have 3 holes in each ooverflow. I need this tank to be quiet at 1000-1200gph.
Given my options am I better off with a dual Herbie setup or a BeanAnimal?
Dual Herbie overflows seem like they would be a PITA to keep adjusted correctly.
I was planning on using one hole in each overflow to use a balace pipe to connect the two overflows. Then I could use the remaining 4 holes for the BeanAnimal drains as well as a return.
So which option makes the most sense?
And if I use the BeanAnimal, hiw should I split the drains between the overflows.
And what size holes would you use. I can select different sizes (within reason). But the 2 corner overflows can't be changed for several reasons.
Thanks
