Bashsea 6-24 question

I have a Bashsea 6-24 that's been running for a few weeks now and only the top half seems to be tumbling,has anyone else experience this? It's a fairly new set up with not much of a bio load and I'm running the sicce and air pump that bashsea recommend.

Can’t view the video but what are you trying to tumble?
I would not expect the whole canister of media to tumble, just the top stuff

Ok,I was thinking that the whole canister media would be tumbling , I was watching some videos and it seemed there's were more active than mine.Do u have a Bashsea 6-24?

I don’t have one. I have 3 of the Geo’s media reactors 618 modified for bottom up flow
2 of the calcium reactors cr818
Plus I had a few other kinds that came with pumps.

you are supposed to target all the media to be rolling, some say its to much flow compared to air being put in, so my try and turn the flow down or up the air pump.
