What's the correct way to acclimate acros?

I put mine on a frag rack under safe par in the tank (~200-250) and then raise the frag rack 25% of the height to the top of my rock work each week. By the 4th week they're about the height I want to place them on the aqua scape and I place them then.

EDIT: I assumed you meant light acclimate. Of course I temperature match and dip before placing them on the frag rack in the tank.

Do they get a full 12 hours of light?

Yes, with whites for about 3-4 hours a day

You can’t really tell from this pic but they’re basically on a grid where they get roughly the same flow and light(the ones under radion pucks get a bit more than others but it’s fairly similar across the board)

Excuse me while I drool for ever and ever. There IS NOTHING like that where I live. Not even a place that has more than 2 of those size tanks.

I'm glad I know this now. I was doing it ALL WRONG! I was putting them as close to the light as I could as fast as I could. I had no idea it took weeks to get used to the new light. I'm going to try this. If I'm successful I'm going to thank you in some awesome way somehow.
