If that is an "S" or "RS" in your avatar, just be ready to budget $3,500 for rotors and pads at 40k miles. No joke. It may well be the only repair you have to make, but stopping doesn't come cheap in these cars.
It’s a 2021 RS7, I hear ya on the cost, I accepted the the cost of ownership even being warned prior to purchase :-( .I have owned a car with carbon ceramic brakes, that will make your stomach drop. Even my Jeep SRT 8 isn’t a cheap brake job unfortunately. Edit: Sorry for the off topic

Need more pics over tanks showing off corals;)

I went back to halides not long ago and have no plans to ditch them any time soon. However, for my new 72*36*22 peninsula that is being built right now, I need to add a third light. The Straton constantly comes to the top of my list. $1100 plus custom mounting is a big pill to swallow when another halide is only $500 and matches my current setup. I can change bulbs over 12 times before I get to $1100. Electric usage is null in the end for me. A third halide actually helps and LEDs hurt. 66° basement after all.

Picked up an insanely overpriced piece of maple and stained it mocha to match the tank stand, mounted them to the board now they are all square and level with each other for the first time since installing the lights. I’ll check the par in the morning to see if anything changed since I moved them all closer to the middle to solve a bit of light spill on the ends.

Could you go with just the two end cables (ditch the middle two?) for an even cleaner look?

Looks great! Just a thought...

There is a bit of flex to the middle and honestly I was to lazy to pull out the large ladder last night. 15’ ceilings looks great but a pain in the butt. I’m good with it for now but I get your point

Has anyone run their ATI 100% on all channels - it looks really nice but I noticed the presets really don't run any of the channels very high so I'm reticent to do 100% all channels (looks like 20k radium?)

I didnt notice this link here, but seems like a great analysis.

I've upped my lighting to 85% on SPS Plakativ for 6 hours (and then ramp to fluorescents on the left and right side)

Impressive. I bought Stratons so I can't afford this, and to be honest the expense of maintaining a petrol car means I have an order in for a Model 3 Long Range :p

I’m running preset sps 85% max 11 inches off the water. My question is the blue lights in the morning and evening necessary for the corals or can I just ramp up to the white looking light? I don’t like the look of blue lights but if it’s better for the corals I will leave it.

IMO it is personal preference.

85% is going to push some pretty hard PAR. Have you had a chance to compare PAR to your previous fixture(s) ?
