Hello, I'm currently in the market for a 235 gallon acrylic reef tank 72 x 30 x 24. My question is that I'm thinking about a a metal stand so i can access the sump easily. Do you know which one is better? a 90 degree angle bar as the leg or a square metal tube? I spoke with a local welder here in Los Angeles and he said he can do it for $450. Is that reasonable?

Square tube will be stronger than the same size angle iron.

$450 sounds low to me actually, especially if it includes powder coating.
