Apex notifications

How do you get email/text alerts to work? I can send a test email just fine but when i have an alarm go off i never get a notification only when i open the app it has the 1beside the bell.

To test this i have the following code written and it doesnt send me anything.

And does anyone know why
Defer 000:10 Then ON
Min Time 000:10 Then ON
Is there? I didn’t write that it was automatically there.

Sorry, but I don't have an Apex so when gets down to settings or coding I will not be much help. The ones I have are RKE, Archon and Hydros and can be of more help on those.

Did you try to eliminate the 2 bottom lines of code to see if it works?
Here’s what I have and no issues

I think with the defer on the bottom line of code there is a 10 minute delay and if the alarm fixes itself then you will not get an alert. This is used to prevent you from getting false alarms in certain situations like on a pmup for an auto top off

I figured out the email thing. You have to enable it in settings under authorization.
Does fusion have push notifications? Only email is working at the moment.

Yes, the Fusion app has push notifications.

Yup been there done that. Nothing there ti do push notifications. I swear ive had the worst experience with this thing. I almost want ti do a master reset and start over again.

Also, make sure you have the latest version of the app and that the Apex has the latest firmware.
