Apex fusion log in error

I am unable to log into fusion through my iPhone App. Says username or password error. I can log in using the same old username and PW with my computer just fine.
ive uninstalled and re installed the App with no luck. Any ideas what could be the problem? There isn’t even an option to change the PW on the login page.
seems like this all just started after an Apex update.

Maybe the #apexusers folks can help us out here! Sorry I don't have an Iphone but I assume LOTS of other do that can help!

Interesting, I'll have the wife try to login as she is an apple use and I am android.

I went to the apex forum pages after going through all the hoops of changing my PW since it’s been a while since I’d used it. Found out the special characters in my Fusion PW were to blame. They have a fix in the pipeline but to correct immediately I could simply change my PW which I did and is now fixed. So if anyone else has this issue you can wait for the update or just change your PW.
