I am new to Neptune controllers and recently purchased a used Apex A2 and 832 Energy Bar from a local reefer. I am able to connect via my PC and the Fusion app but cannot successfully save any changes to the outlet settings. I am able to save changes like enabling or disabling one of the probes. I really appreciate any help you could offer. The seller has offered to take back the unit if I can't get it working, but I hope it doesn't come to that!

Installed AOS: 5.11 6A23
Energy Bar Hardware is Version 1 and Software is Version 8

Here are some images from the error messages I am receiving. In one of them I am trying to change Device 2 from a Skimmer to a Light and in the other I am just trying to change Device 8 from ON to OFF.

These changes will also not save using the Fusion app on my iPhone. Here is the error message I receive:

There is also this screen that worries me because all the Outlets are red... makes me wonder if something isn't connected or configured properly:

Check your clock settings. If daylight savings time and auto clock set are disabled it can cause network issues like this.

Also check to make sure you have the right access setup for yourself in fusion. Since it is secondhand, maybe it defaulted to the first owner as primary and only gave you read access.

Thank you very much! I will look at these settings.

Checked both of those things and they seemed ok. I am listed as the only owner. Having nothing but trouble with this so I’m going to give up on it. Fortunately the previous owner is going to take it back.

Dang. Did you contact apex? There has to be something going on with the settings or maybe a network token. I absolutely love my apex so its sad to see you will miss out on what it can offer!
