Anyone with the Tenecor Magnum canopies?

Looking to put 225 gallon on a magnum stand with canopy. 72 x 24. The information on the Tenecor site says “very heavy, you will need help”. It looks like the only access is through the front panels, so any real cleaning means the top has to come off. Unless the canopy top opens a different way. This feels like a major issue for me, I normally have a hinged canopy and can swing the top up, not always someone else here during the day to help. Anyone have one and know what very heavy is. Or if the top opens any other way?
