anyone having issues attaching JPg files?

I seem to be having issues attaching JPG files. I click on attach files and choose the jpg file and the box shows up in the post but no picture. I try to insert image and it does so for a few seconds and then i get a message "opps ran into a problem"
anyone know why this is happening now?

Photos not uploading...

The past couple days I've been unable to upload photos to my threads. I'm not getting a size error and the photos are the same size I have always uploaded. I get an "Oops" error. Am I the only one having this issue? Hmm...this screenshot posted. The plot thickens... The screenshot is...
