I got two hammers a month ago, neither are doing amazing but one of them has lost most of its colour. When It arrived it wasn’t the most vibrant even under the lights but it was supposed to look like the image below. However it’s more or less white with a blue tint now. Is there anything I can do or is it too late? Tank is 4 Months old.

This is my tank, the hammer on the right is the one I’m meaning although the gold hammer on the left also isn’t doing as well as it did before.

Definitely not a lost cause. Hard to tell what the coloration is with the heavy blue light, but your ALK is a bit lower than I keep mine (mid 9's), and it looks as if the coral in question might be getting too much flow. I'd start with moving the hammer, or reducing the amount of flow that's directed at it.

I’m struggling to get the right flow. Either too much or nothing. This is with less blues. I might try place the hammers on the sand bed for a bit if I can find something to place them on.

I’m having to dose alk, mag and calcium at the moment as they all keep going down for some reason.

Thats a good sign, it means your corals are growing, and the more they grow the more the parameters will drop. This might be a good time to look into all for reef to help keep your parameters steady. I agree 7.5 is a bit lower than the 'average'.

I have some reef elements part 1 and 2 but I’m trying to get the levels stable enough so I can measure how much is being used in a day so I can work out how much to dose.
