Anthias uromia?

I have a resplendent anthias with a white lesion in the middle of her body on her right side. Just got her yesterday, and she is eating and swimming fine for now. Is this uromia? Any tx?

It's hard to tell, it might be cauliflower disease, and if it is just make sure your water is very clean and it should go away on it's own.

Thank you for clear video and unfortunately it is from the location and pattern, Uronema. Since Quick cure is no longer available ad was effective, use then Ruby rally Pro. Option is also Chloroquine Phosphate which will also work but must be used precisely. Uronema is not an obligate parasite, and can thrive on bacteria, uneaten food, and waste so besides treatment also maintain a clean tank removing waste daily.
Best treatment choice is a 45 min formalin bath then finished in a quarantine tank. Once in QT tank, treat and assure that the parasites have been eliminated. All should be treated. Far from lympho

It does look like it is internal Uronema. Because the protozoan causing this is down in the fish's muscles, a bath treatment will not work. Luckily, it isn't contagious fish to fish (although a few fish in each new group may arrive with it already). Here is an article I wrote about it:
