[Anemone Experts]- Please Help w/ Rose BTA Hiding and not getting light!!

I am going on Day 6 and this little guy doesn't want to come out.

This is the most I see him and it's only for a short time.

I have 8 T5s that are mounted about 9" above the waterline and then I have 4 MP40s running at about 70%. It's a 4x2x2 100G SPS tank. Does the light and flow sound OK?

Just let it do its thing. I would not worry as long as the polyps are out and its attached
