Possible unhealthy Bubble tip

Hey all, stumped. new to reefing - about 3.5 months in.
I've got some clown, firefish, fire shrimp, pincushion urchins, and cardinals. (nothing fancy yet)
RedSea 850 with good water flow, working through a water change because I was an idiot getting started and used tap instead of Rodi (which I now have a rodi filter setup).

non-fish purchase #1.
I picked up 3 Rainbow bubble tips - no issue.

non-fish purchase #2.
1 long tentacle anemone - no issue. (my biggest clown loves this one)
picked up 2 translucent bubble tips,
- one - no issue.
- the other, has been staying hanging upside down and not much of anything else. It is keeping its red color, but it's been at least 1.5 weeks since I have seen it expanding and it's normal self. He isn't floating and not causing my tank to be super cloudy and is holding one heck of a grip upside down.

Any ideas?

How old is the tank? Using RoDi? What are your parameters? Usually the issue lies in that order of things asked.

Acclimating? Getting used to the water chemistry in your tank while holding a position to regulate and sample your lighting? If other anemone are thriving, dunno. Good luck though

3-4 months, was using tap like an idiot, but I'm rolling in rodi now.
Was having a red hair issue due to the hard water, but that appears to be significantly improving with the add of a refugium and swap to rodi.

Ph is a little low 7.9 - battling getting it to 8.1/8.2 with a co2 booster.
Nitrate is nil phosphate is low, but not nil.
Magnesium1400+, salinity 35, alkalinity - near 9, and calcium over 400.
Lights are the 3x 600w red sea lights running at about 50% brightness which still illuminates my 1st floor.

I've had many bubble tips live upside down in rocks but never had one that looked like that one.

First two things mentioned are a red flag. Usually it's not recommended to try keeping a nem until at least 6 months. With using tap water you may have introduced copper to the system which is toxic to inverts.

Probably should test the water to see if there is copper, if so, run some cuprasorb. Best idea would be to return the nem until things get figured out. They're very hardy animals but still have their own set of requirements.

Yea, he kept his arms out for a month since I got him, them just has been really balled up since. I've heard of anemone bleaching and dying

I'll take a look at copper aspect. I'd expect if it was a high level of copper all 5 anemone would be unhealthy.
Is there a good treatment plan for guide that I might be able to follow to try to get that one back healthy? Returning isn't an option. Due to the hurricane that just hit the area so it's easier for me to get supplies to treat than to get to an aquarium shop.
