I did see that you said your light was bleaching your chaeto

I fixed this with some blue painter tape over the top of the light. Worked great.

I didn’t, I noticed I didn’t need one with my refug. The tank is a small tank, so it dose well without one.

Okay, I’ll start working on my refugium in the next week or so. Thx for the inspiration! Where’d you get your chaeto? LFS? Website? I think you said it was golf ball sized at first and then grew to the height of Tom Cruise (4’11”). Lol! Sorry, I have a thing for picking on Tom Cruise’s height. Only because he wears lifts and doesn’t accept his height. Seems to make it funnier.

LFS, but I suggest getting some clean cheato from Algae Barn.

Not sad at all, we all start somewhere. I only started in saltwater in December. Never even had a fresh water fish as a kid. Trust me I am no pro, but I can get by.

I live in Southern California. Love me some skeet shooting, best kind of shooting really if going to the range/dessert. Moving targets is where it is at, or I’ll get bored fast.

I have a remington 870 super mag with a Polly choke, on a 28.

I have another single shot junk shotgun that I would use as a paddle if need be lol. Got it from big 5 for $60 back in 2007 when looking for ear plugs.
