So we've seen him come out, briefly, a few times. but I can't even find wherever it is he/she hides. I purposefully got a smaller one so he'd know the powder blue tang and foxface were not to be messed with.... And I do not see either fish messing with the 6 line .... because I rarely see the wrasse.

I also purposefully did not feed for a few days, and fed some mysis today. The wrasse was no where to be seen. I'm assuming he's still alive and well, he never looked sickly or anything, but geezus this fish is shy, and doesn't seem to have a reputation for being shy.

Thoughts?

If hes knew this is normal. This is just him adjusting to his new environment. The mysis will flow through the caves and mabey he got sum grub and you just didint see it. My did this for weeks when I just got him and just relax and enjoy your tank

I waited 7 weeks for the top to arrive before I bought the little guy!

I am new, so if this is normal, that's fine.... but to me it seems like a long time for an "aggressive" fish to stay so hidden and elusive.

I thought for sure he'd at least pop his head out for some food this afternoon .... But for sure mysis went around/thru the live rock and he probably did get a nibble or two.
