I am in flordia too and this is basically what I want to build as well. My only worry was heat in the garage. Mine gets so hot the sides of my saltwater bucket (with a pump) get brown deposits. I'm guessing it's a trace element of some sort which is not good. Do you have any issues like this with your system?

If it’s in the heat then definitely would want to clean it more regularly

I keep my garage around 78-82f with the AC
