I think I see a couple different types of algae. I don't know what the brown stuff is, but the stuff growing in circles is coralline algae. Widely considered to be beneficial and a sign of a healthy tank but can obstruct your view when it grows on the glass. It has a calcium skeleton and will need to be scraped off with a razor blade.
I also see normal film algae, especially on that right wall. It seems to be fairly common and harmless. Just scrape it off. Or get more snails.

Your tank is only 4 months old...dont do anything but regular maintenance and if you dont have snails, get some. If you have a tank that cant grow algae something is VERY wrong. In other words, its natural and normal. You cant really do much and shouldnt do much. Just clean, add a clean up crew, and let the tank mature.

Trying to stop the natural progression of things will just delay it and create new problems. Sit back and let the tank mature and while doing that research a bit to see how the process works.
Nothing wrong with cleaning the glass of you want.

A little bit of algae growth is a good sign in a tank usually. Too much algae growth and no algae growth are both signs of fundamental water chemistry issues imo. Looks good for 4 months old. I wouldn't change a thing. Just keep an eye and if it starts growing longer filamentous algae you can manually remove that with your fingers or tweezers.
