3days of vacation and THIS happened…

I went for a 3 day vacation, and my corals…this never happened for months. Also, my toadstool shrunk. I have 3 tangs, one firefish, one chromis, two clowns, one bicolor blenny, and two shrimps. I’m suspecting either the blenny or shrimps, but I no idea what really happened. Can anyone tell me what happened and how to cure them?

Are the clowns trying to make a home in these corals? They can sometimes get really rough when they are snuggled up to an anemone substitute.

Need more info.... one hammer frag looks bad but anything can be happening, we can't guess. Parameters, tank age, how long you had this coral, how are other corals doing, did you feed during the 3 days trip, do you have an ATO during your trip........ need more info

If you can forgive some bad news, I wouldn’t invest too much hope on that hammer. Been going through similar without much progress…
I’d also give some credit/blame on those clowns. Not saying they did in that hammer, but I have seen them get in so deep that flourecent chunks fly off…

…also someone suggested to me the issue could be bacterial …
…and again, take all my speculation with low confidence based on the limited info
