Flasher wrasses are smaller than Fairy wrasse. 2.5-3 inches or so except Eight line flasher which is large 4.5 inches or so. The sanest Feiry wrasses are at least 3.5 inches.
regardless this tank is too small for them.

What fish would u recommend as my last addition? I just decided to add one more. Was thinking maybe six line or something.
