Yeah, me too. I'm ready to get this new sump and get things rolling. Not fun staring at rocks lol

Finally got the replacement sump, filling tank tonight to start the cycle.

Also the tank sat for a little while, and I didn’t want to empty 300 gallons of Ro water. The rocks grew some nice green algae. So this is going to be a blast dealing with that right off the bat.

I wouldn't worry about the algae for now. Just get it cycling and let it set. I think you'll be fine.

Lol I know I took 7 weeks to get the new sump fabricated and delivered. Crazy!! But the tank is about 80% filled. Just happy I can get this going again!!!

Two things;
1.) That's some serious steel reinforcement on the garage door!
2.) I hope that's not PVC primer on the concrete as it would imply you were too lazy to simply get an old towel and lay it down! Lol

Hahahaha, yeah the garage door is hurricane rated so it’s pretty solid. Also yes that is primer lol I did all my glueing on a sheet of plywood, and accidentally knocked it over.. let’s just say my wife wasn’t super happy about it.

Can you take a wire brush or wire disc on a grinder and clean the concrete? I'm fairly sure your wife will thank you!

One one the corner seams was completely full of air bubbles.
