My Marco algae will make an amazing addition but I did immediately notice this not very small pest anemone on it. I am not too annoyed as I can just skip that part of the Macroalgae off and there were too many goo things on it including tons of baby amphipods and copepods to help seed this tank :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

Cute yellow clown goby who is much healthier that my last and already very personable :)

Adorable little green clown goby too :)

Not easy to see it the bag but this citron goby is actually decently bigger than the yellow and I definitely can’t put him in here or he will for sure be mean to the other clowns.

@i cant think and @Sailaway what should I do!? My other nano is maxed out already with 5 fish and spoilers during the weekend I will be moving this aquarium to another a bit bigger aquarium so that this aquarium will become a freshwater aquarium. I could release the other clowns from their acclimation box and pop him in there for now?
You could go 2 ways with this;
Keep the other two clown gobies in the acclimating box with the macro (they seem to be settling nicely already) and release the citron into the nano or do the opposite.

I went with the later.

Still a terrible photo as the yellow clown goby is in front of the box and the citron is in it but the citron is tank size compared to the others even compared to any of the fish in my bigger nano! I still have absolutely no idea of what I could possibly do with this guy…

Adorable photo, my pictus blenny who has turned into a barnacle blenny :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

My SPS system may hate me but seeing you attempt multiple clowngobies makes me want to try a group of them haha. Not sure if my current clown goby would agree but hey there’s no harm in trying!
Now just to plan what gobies I’d try out… Have had my eye out for a couple clown gobies that are nice (such as G. albofasciatus and even G. okinawae).

Do it, do it, do it! But you will need to be sure of their temperament as I can already tell I have been blessed with two tame clown gobies but if they weren't you wouldn't want multiple. I think the two species you have mentioned would be great for this plan but I apologize I haven't seen your build thread so I am not sure what clown goby you have right now.

I am seeing quite a few hydroid jellyfish that must have hopped off of the macroalgae too but I hope they don't last long.

The species I have currently is Acicularis :)
He’s not as personable though but as you can see, this species is black so he’s often forgotten about as my walls are currently black and not filled with coral.

Cute little guy, I'm sure he would appreciate some new roommates. Is he in your 20 gallon?
I'm going to try to feed now and let's see who wants to eat from day 1

My 20G is sat in the shed currently (we don’t know what’ll happen to it just yet, however the hope is seahorses). The nano I have running is my 25G custom made 3’x16”x1’ tank :)

No takers on any pellets, frozen mysis shrimp or live BBS :frowning-face: green may have nibbled a few.
Pellets generally aren’t the first food a fish goes for and instead they’ll likely go for foods like muscle, cockle, mysis, brine, krill, pods ect…

I slowly introduced the citron because I felt too bad and so far no foul play, I don’t think I’ll let them sleep together though. My little “barnacle blenny” is zipping around as usual when there are new visitors, you know what, Nico’s new name is barnacle :)

I feel like I have just had really bad luck with these guys. The yellow just sits here all day today and yesterday.

I feel a bit better about the green who has taken a real liking to the Macroalgae.

I had a black clown goby for a good year before velvet wiped him out. He always hung on a rock or a coral and sometimes stuck himself to the front glass. He really only swam when i fed the tank. he would just rock in the current. Cool fish.

Some cool stuff happened today, mainly a new nano and a new fish.

Here he is! Turns out the hermit crab shells are a blenny magnet but I felt bad for barnacle so I took the unused shell from my big nano and barnacle took to it right away.

Is that a Flame Tail Blenny?
Long term you may find the flame tail will become more aggressive towards the pictus and fight it out.
