2 chamber sump...how do??

Thank you for inviting me to the community!! I'm new at this and have a ton of question...

I just bought a 90g cube and it came with 2 sumps. The first is a GEO box that after doing a little research looks way more complex than I'm ready for. The next is a 29g with only 1 baffle.

If I use the second one, how would I set up my equipment between the 2 chambers?? Skimmer, heater, return pump, media, etc.

A sump doesn't even need separate chambers at all. It just helps equipment run more efficiently or provides containment for a refugium/macro algae etc...
