Well it looks exactly like that leptastrea but is a perfect ball so...
I think you convinced me it is a leptastrea
I had the orange centered lepto one for years. Never encrusted, it just grew like a ball. I really wanted it to encrust. It just didn't.

Mine is a John Deere supposedly. Green and Orange. Looks more Orange and Orange with a blue leading growth edge but I still like it.

I love leptastrea coral. I like most coral to begin with. Im just kind of tired working on placements.

Mixing coral comes with its risks.

Yeah, I put a Red brick Cyphastrea below my Acroberry thinking the Red Brick was on its way out... Curious who wins that one - pretty sure it's the Cyphastrea.

Not sure why the polyps don't show in the picture but they're bright red. I really like the contrast between the red and green.

Yep... Sumped the Pencil last week for eating an Acro. In his defense the Acro was boring and was kind of struggling...

So the Powder Brown is a little bigger than the Tomini but the Tomini was kinda flexing on him. He went off and is hanging out under the Fuge. The Tomini keeps going over there to bother him but the Powder stands his ground.

First couple of hours but I'll keep watching. Right now it's passed lights out.

Acro and Tang are both doing good this morning. Lights are out still so no pictures. I'm probably going to leave the lights off for at least most of the morning.
