Finally, I found a 120g for a used price $200.
She’s the ugliest most beautiful thing I have ever laid eyes on. I’m going to strip the two overflows, add a ghost overflow and oh so much more to get this one wet again. I decided to put my money towards reputable equipment, instead of the glass box. (Good timing considering frameless tanks are losing fashion, dang you Red Sea.)
My previous tank was a cadlight 60g and just a frameless beauty. That tank grew coral but limped by with basic equipment. (Lighting,Powerheads, manually dosing) Time to flourish and establish a low maintenance 120g for this reefer.

Today’s 120g specs!

Thank you buddy
My immediate thought was- That’s the last time Ill ever use bone cutters on my stalks. I also thought because the mouth was missing, this coral was a goner. I couldn’t bring myself to dump it in the trash after failing it so hard. I did not dip, just glued it and left it alone in low flow.
That's pretty incredible. When the flow is right, can you try to get a close up of the flesh where it is regenerating?

I'm Super into this. Euphyllia gone Wild is my thing.

It's all style of fluffy when the light bars are on. The kind of fluffy I want to put my face down into.
The wife is always trying to run her fingers through the colony haha. Is that from this morning? My pups are still snoozing in the dark over here

Its Baking under some serious LAMP up there so wouldn't be surprised at all.

This is on the fast downswing of lights last night. There's about a 30 minute window When I can shoot pretty well, without a filter and catch colors.

This was also no filter, no adjustments

I still use it. I dose the bio digest every couple weeks and whenever I’m seeding any new tanks

Ha heck yea, love it when the research pays off with an attaboy from a fellow DIYer.
This paint worked really well inside of my last build. Cleans up very easy
