Finally, I found a 120g for a used price $200.
She’s the ugliest most beautiful thing I have ever laid eyes on. I’m going to strip the two overflows, add a ghost overflow and oh so much more to get this one wet again. I decided to put my money towards reputable equipment, instead of the glass box. (Good timing considering frameless tanks are losing fashion, dang you Red Sea.)
My previous tank was a cadlight 60g and just a frameless beauty. That tank grew coral but limped by with basic equipment. (Lighting,Powerheads, manually dosing) Time to flourish and establish a low maintenance 120g for this reefer.

Okay but when your wife asks why I brought a China box and a live goat. I’m gonna show her what you said here haha
Homie if you bring a live goat, I'll grab the shovels and we can dig a pit in the back, make FIRE and we be eatin Good.

Probably going tri-tip ribs and burgers. Fairly certain everything goes with that.

Dang in the ground like my grandpappy used to do it, I like your style sir! With a spread like that I’m definitely bringing the taters. I want to bring some shrimp kebabs too but I’ve never made them, do you take the shell off and season before they hit the grill?

Unsure about shell.

I've also got an army of cast iron that I cook on. I normally prefer it over the grill honestly.

All that to say, bring what you want. We can figure it out!

It's not hard really. Fish still make me a bit nervous, but with 5 healthy arrivals, it's getting a bit easier.
That’s awesome dude, I’m so nervous I’ve never tried it.

So I've actually never had shrimp kabobs so I'm kind of shooting from the hip here. But I'm wondering how do you not overcook the shrimp in the time it takes to soften pepper and onion, on a grill?

Or are the pepper and onion really just a heated up additive not really cooked?
