Update

We decided to find a place where we could build to our needs. We are hoping the house will be finished by 11/1/24. Then we have to make a couple of our change and we will be ready to move in.

I am going to have to build out the basement. That is where I am going to have the tank and sump room.

Wishing all the very best! May your home be filled with memories, love and laughter
Thank you for your kind words.

The relocation process has been going on for sometime, it like waiting for Christmas morning :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes: Do I regret the change, No. I am anxious to get back into our own house.

I have been chatting with @Tomknox47 via DM about controllers and controller interfaces.

I am thinking of building out a sump room with a large sump of at least 50 gallons. I am also going to have the sump up off the floor for maintenance and not to be bending over. I am getting older, maybe wiser. :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

I am trying to figure out what will be better, in sump return or external return?

If I cannot find the silver sand, I am going with white sand.

Well hello everyone.

Life has been busy. Restarting a business and 24 more days until we get the key to the house. I am in the process of building a different kitchen, then we are flooring the fist floor and install the newer kitchen before we move in.

Next I will start finishing the basement for my office/req area/fish tank and sump room. I think I came up with a cool plan to enjoy my life in a dungeon.
